What has happened to Sk:n? Cosmetic surgery group says “trading has ended”

In news which came as something of a shock to us here at Eudai, let alone the industry and even more so their hundreds of staff thousands of patients, Sk:n has ceased trading.

Media reporters were provided with a simple statement on the main Sk:n website and across many of the local clinics which noted an “extensive process to secure investment to enable it to continue trading” has proved unsuccessful.

They go on to note:

“We recognise this outcome will have a significant impact on our team members and our customers and we are deeply sorry for the stress and inconvenience this has caused.

“We are doing all we can to address the concerns of those affected and will be contacting all clients still awaiting test results as soon as possible. All further updates will be provided on this website and when available.”

Speaking to the BBC, one customer, who asked not to be identified, said their upcoming appointment had been cancelled on Tuesday “out of the blue”.

They added that they had pre-paid about £700 for a series of appointments, and had not completed the course of treatment.

“They’ve done this with no prior warning to customers, with no communications about how to get a refund on the treatments customers are owed,” the person said.

Here at Eudai, we take no pleasure in learning of this and wish the hardworking members of their teams, suppliers and partners the very best for the future in these uncertain times.

As for us, if you are a customer of Sk:n or know someone who is, please do not hesitate to reach out and we will help you as best as we can.
